Codex Titan generates four core legal documents: a privacy policy, a cookie policy, terms of service, and a data processing addendum. It also manages a cookie consent banner with Google Consent Mode v2, a sub-processor registry, and DSAR intake. The generated documents reflect the jurisdictions you select — GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, and the Australian Privacy Principles — and are drafts you review before publishing.

Yes. Codex Titan generates a privacy policy, cookie policy, terms of service, and data processing addendum from your actual data practices — not a template library you fill in by hand. You answer a short questionnaire in the dashboard, the AI drafts each document, and you publish it to a hosted URL your app can link to. Every document is a draft that requires human review before you rely on it, and Codex Titan does not provide legal advice.
How does DSAR intake work?
Codex Titan gives you a hosted data-request form and an intake API so end users can submit access, deletion, rectification, and portability requests. Each request is logged, identity-verified by email, and tracked to resolution against the response deadlines for your jurisdictions. You can export a subject's data in a machine-readable format and record the action for your audit trail.
Do you charge per resolution or per ticket?
No. Codex Titan uses flat, credit-based pricing, so you are never metered per resolution, per ticket, or per outcome. Each plan includes a predictable monthly credit allowance you spend across AI triage, content generation, and support, so your bill does not spike with ticket volume. Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires no payment information and never expires. It is a full support tool with AI triage, a hosted customer portal, and compliance tools built in. Free runs on the Basic AI tier and is designed for evaluation and integration, not high-volume production support. You only add a card when you upgrade to Starter or Pro, and you can do that at any time from Settings.
